The holidays are here!! What I love most about the holidays (besides all the eating, festive decorations, hanging with family and friends, the fake snow at the Grove, christmas shopping, ugly christmas sweaters..I can keep going here...) are all the HOLIDAY PARTIES!! Why? Well, it gives me an excuse to dress up a little fancier than usual!! Fall in LA

       Fall in LA, let's face it, is about 80  degrees all day until the temperature drops to the 60s at night.  The leaves change color, yes, but the flowers stay in bloom.  It may get windy here and there, but there will always be sunshine.  Do I have a point? Not really, except for the fact that I really can't complain about the weather in gorgeous Southern Cali. I love this city.

Also loving this Grandpa Trench at this moment.  I'm never taking it off.

Ok, ok. Unless I get hot, then I take it off.

The Good Life

  Had such an amazing time this weekend at Santa Barbara.  Nothing like a quick getaway of sun, friends, wine tasting, good food and amazing company to recharge the soul! Much love and thanks to the folks at The Good Land Santa Barbara for their hospitality! xox

Fall Floral Layering

Fall is finally here! Time to rock those layers, sweaters, scarves and high boots! Though leaves are falling, and it's indeed getting chillier, the weather in Southern California is still in the 70's and still warm most days.  How to dress for fall when it's not quite sweater weather where you are? Wear light layers!
